To everyone:

If Elements is down, please don't instantly start "Elements is down" topics. If the game is really down, it's down for everyone, and there is really no need to start a topic about it, right? It's like calling your neighbors every time it's raining to inform them that it's raining.

Also these kind of downtimes are usually very short, so if you just wait for a few minutes, it will usually be back online.
