I just loggin and I found that my deck was the deck that I had some months ago. All the progress that I've done in that time is lost. I don't have all the cards that I won and upgraded.
What happened? Can anyone help me?

Actually as far as I know, inactive accounts get deleted. Not just the cards, the whole account.

inactive? I play nearly every day and I logged in today before I had that problem and all was working ok.
I'll send an e-mail.
The very strange of all this is that my acount is exactly as it was a few months ago. But I already sold all of these cards and bought others, and all the cards I won have dissapeared. It's precisely like a back up of my account.

Could be that your data didnt save, although if you logged in and out several times since you sold those cards, then that wouldnt be correct. Perhaps a second account, or if all else fails, as SG noted, send an email.

I've been playing for months since I had that deck. I've made several changes and logged in several times. That's the very strange of the thing, that cards I had are from a lot of time ago (months!)

I've send an e-mail and I'm waiting for an answer.

I just started playing again last week after a long absence, and today I had the same problem - my deck got reset to what it was BEFORE my absence. Lost several upgraded cards and a week of intensive playing :(

I'm sorry about you, but at least I'm not the only one that has that problem and that means there really are things that doesn't work.
Maybe I should edit the tittle and change to "back up problem"
