Are electrum hourglasses, improved and Feral bonds being nerfed?

they are all showing the non upped cost to play them.

That stinks, I've noticed some other cards as well this is going to make my fg rainbow killer slower.

Just noticed Eternity got nerfed also man did  :time get screwed hard.
