Try reconnecting to the servers at the Connections page linked below.

If that doesn't work, try clearing your cache.

This sometimes happens to me. Reload the game, then retry. If it doesn't work, end your browser's processes (i.e. normally, just close the window) and retry and if none of that worked, clear your cache memory and then retry. It'll probably be a problem with a corrupt game file.

I though I'd also post it here, even though pikachufan already said so.
