Hey, I was wondering, like many other people on this forum, if there is any way to retrieve our passwords by e-mail. I played on kongregate for some time, and then decided to play on the official site, since it has more features, but I didn't save my password for the Elements acc (thought I wouldn't need it, and if I did, I could ask for a retrieval anyways). So I got here and I can't log in, there is no link to recover my password with my username and email, and there are quite a few topics in the forum, unanswered, about the same thing.
In the worst case, I'll just stick to kongregate, but I would really like to play in the official site, and I think we're missing on this link.
Just on a side note, to show how weird this is, there is a link to recover your forum password and even your chat password, but none for the game (at least not in a place I could find). There is, though, a place saying that we give our emails in order to recover our passwords in case we lose them, so I believe there is a way to do so, and I just can't seem to find it.
I would really be happy to hear from someone, even if it's just to say that we can't recover passes and I'll have to start over (but seriously, that would be really weird, considering we can recover our chat password and all xD)
