There is no import/export function in the arena because it caused problems with the decks. There was originally, while still in beta, however, it has since been removed. Hopefully the bug will be fixed. On the other hand, if you arent in arena then  :-\

Refresh/check if you don't have a deck code full of wrong codes? And checking if you're really clicking the "Import/Export" Button instead of the "Remove All" is a good shot too.

Make sure that you have the cards already before importing or else they won't appear.
