How to retrieve login name on elements the game ?

isn't your forum name the same as your in game name?
and have you entered your e-mail adress to acc info?

I thought of this too. When you create your account in the game, it gives you a option to enter your e-mail address in case you forget your password, but if you forget your password, there's no button to retrieve it. It seems that in the login screen, there is no mechanic to retrieve your password.

I found this to be very stupid and think it should be fixed.

If you forget your password, you are supposed to email Zanzarino at... well... whatever his Elements email address is. He will then email your password to the email account you entered on your ETG account

Yeah. That seems to be the only way. I really hope that Zanz would implement a automated system to retrieve passwords, though.
