Hello!

I have a full darkness deck, and I play frequently in the arena/silver league. I f you check this picture you can see 10 sanctuary, i could steal 4, but it is hard to play against a deck with 10 sanctuary if I could have only 6 identical cards. Why does this deck have 10 from a card? Is it a bug, or a speciality of the game in the arena?

In arena it is possible to modify a deck with double dexterity. This will allow it to double draw and double the cards. so it is even possible to have 12 copies of a card.

This is a bonus from the Arena.  Dexterity doubles an arena deck's drawing speed and deck size, meaning it simply doubles the deck you made for the Arena.

Thank you! I have known about the draw speed effect of dexterity, but I have not considered the deck enlargement effect yet.Thank you again!

Have you faced False Gods yet? They have over 60 cards (except Decay, who has exactly 60 cards). This is because they too have dexterity.
