Banned?

I was playing against a fg and it disconnected and would not reconnect after refresh it tells me I banned.  Is there anyway I could be unbanned, even if it meant an entire reset that would be okay I just want to play again.  My account name is Waluy

In most cases, it's only going to be a temporary ban -- you'll be able to play on your account after a few days.

Almost all bans are temporary and, with a very few exceptions, they happen for a good reason. most of times turns out that the little brother is a baby hacker, the neighbor is using your wi-fi connection, you played the game from school, or "Oops I used cheat engine, I did not know it was against the rules" etc.
