Donation Issues.

I had an issue with my redemption code from donation.

i donated $50USD, put the code in and unfortunately (dont ask how), my browser got refreshed before i chose a card.

now the code doesnt work, and i have no cards at all from redemption.

i PMed scaredgirl about it, but im not too sure if that was the right thing to do.

is there anyone at all who can help? or anything else i can do?

thats life doesnt quite cut it.

one should expect a certain level of help when it comes to donations.

if they dont want donations, i can fully understand, but come on.

this really is biting the hand that feeds you.

You can email the developer if you want, but it might not get you anywhere. If you explain to him very carefully what happened he might look at the database for you.

well ill just reverse the transaction through paypal.

i cannot believe i am treated with utter disdain for making a mistake while DONATING.

if they do not make it clear, while donating, that redeem codes can be lost this way, then they can expect peopel to make mistakes.
