Why do I continually get his??

I can refresh the page and log in just fine, but I lose progress on a regular basis.

Any ideas why?

Happens sometimes.

Tip:
Load the trainer in another window, and progress gets saved.

I use to get disconnected very frequently when I first started playing this game, and didn't know about the trainer back then.  Opening the main chat would reconnect me.

Not sure if this still works as I never lose connection with the server anymore, but if it does, it's a faster solution than loading up the trainer?  Besides, it's good to see more people in the chat :)
