con't log in; password error

Hi gang,
about 5-6 days ago I started getting the "wrong password" error when trying to log onto my elements account.  I never changed my password so I'm not sure what to do.  I don't see a password recovery option anywhere on the game's home page (I think I put in my email address when I signed up).  I tried emailing game.elements@gmail a couple of days ago but I haven't heard back.  Thoughts, suggestions?

also having this issue, so i changed password sent me a link to follow via email, and still wont allow me to enter the game. says password is incorrect.

So over a week and no replies to my emails or this thread... I guess my elements career is over

You've just got to keep waiting. The only person with access to the account database is Zanz, and it might take a while for him to resolve these things.

for some reason mine decided to work this morning about 2 hours ago.

Are you sure that you've typed in your password correctly?

If so, then send an email to Zanz at game.elements@gmail.com with a clear explanation of your situation. The forum staff can't help you any further on this matter, as Zanz is the only person with access to the account information database.

Have sent a cpl emails now, and have w8ed since beginning of march...still can't get into my Anarkhy acct... kinda upset and disappointed.
I realize Zanz is by himself in this, but I have so many cards on that acct. and can't see how I've done anything wrong.
Even donated a cpl times... oh well, I guess I'll just find somethin else to play, too bad...I really love this game.

Was thinking about this game and missing it the other day.  Any news from devlopers on a password recovery option?   I'd love to come back, but my initial pleas for assistance with my account fell on deaf ears...

For reasons that leave me utterly baffled, there still is not password recovery option. :/ I suppose you could try emailing Zanz again? Have you tried logging in since then?
