@Rokk, the reason why people seem to be getting "pissy" at you is because there are a lot of people who come into the forums making similar posts about not getting the compensation for their donation. Then, after some few games of 20 questions, usually the issue seems to be a) resolved by Zanz fixing the issue himself, or b) someone made an honest mistake. Don't take this the wrong way, but after a while, having to deal with a similar situation like that can get really aggravating, and your anger and frustrated state don't really help matters much. ^^;

Dude seemed pretty calm to me. Looks like Zanz's girlfriend girlfriend up there got all chivalrous for no reason and acted all personally offended.

If you bothered to check the forums before entering your code instead of afterwards, you wouldn't have this problem.

You can trying emailing game.elements@gmail.com. But Zanz currently has it set to an automated message because he gets hundreds of emails a day.

Lastly, Zanz is the only 'power that be' in this game, and he doesn't check forums often because he's busy making the game better for the community as a whole, not one player who didn't check their connection before entering a code.

Where does it say in the message requesting donations and offering a card to "check the forum first."

Secondly, telling me to email (which I did before I made the first post) and then saying it won't get answered by a human is a bit silly.

Thirdly, if you're going to put things out to the public and actively ask for money, you have an obligation to pay attention to the same public.
If he doesn't have time himself, he should get someone to help.

The funny thing is, all of you got pretty pissy because I was not happy a problem I had has been unaddressed.

Try figuring out a way to help rather than blame the person with the problem in future.
Not a one of you had a single thing to say before I became critical, so I don't have a lot of faith in your ability to be fair and open minded about all this.

The fact is, it's only $5, but it won't be more from me nor will I change my recommendation to others to not donate. Especially not when not a person bothered to try and fix it before I expressed my disappointment in it's non-solution. Heh, or even after for that matter.

For my $5 and time, it seems all I get is nastiness and condemnation.

And BTW, my connection was fine, it was the game server that was messed up. I had no connection problems anywhere else at that time.
