Same problem here. I just had to reinstall my comp, so I thought that would be the cause, but it seems there is more to this.

What exactly are the "steps mentioned above"?

Some of the steps are flush dns cache, delete history and cookies, refresh and restart.
I use google chrome.

Since I did format c: and reinstalled everything, we can safely rule out that my problem will be solved by those steps. I'm even guessing that more people will get the problem if they clear their caches.

Is the html code linking to old filenames no longer in use? Can somebody post a direct link to one of the gxf bits in use on the etg page? http://www.elementsthegame.com/bullet.jpg and http://www.elementsthegame.com/chatbutton.jpg  is broken here. Can you open those links? Do you see the gfx when you come to etg.com?

Edit: It suddenly works again for me. All back to normal it seems.

Sooo - anybody got an idea how I can play this game? Not working for days.

i have a problem like written above: i cant connect to the pvp-server since the update 1.21.
also i dont get a server connection on kongregate.

everything else is working fine, i can play t50 and anything else.
i tryed deleting coockies, updated flash and browser, tryed on IE. nothing worked.

it would be nice to know if i can try something else or if its just a problem only the defs can solve and i can hope for 1.22.

Aaand all of a sudden it's working again, not sure what I did.

I did run CCleaner at somepoint, it could be it.

Same here, 3 days in a row I got connection again. Ever since the server status page was released, the servers worked for me. So someone must have removed that dead rabbit..
