Can't log in to account, no replies from anyone

Hello, i had created an account on elements the game a while back. I really want to play this game again, but i can't seems to remember my login information.

I have tried sending emails (2, almost a year apart) to get this sorted out, but never have i once received a reply back.

I would make a new account, but i had donated on my previous account, and I think think i should at least be able to use my old account again.

is there any way to do a password reset, or another email to get in contact with someone (besides game.elements at gmail.com)?

I think Higurashi might have access to such things, if you can catch her in chat or send her a PM on the forum.  I think a few others might, too, but I'm not sure who.
