Is it possible to roll back an account that was overwrote by Kongregate?

I've been playing all day from Kongregate and opened the fullscreen window.  Matchmaking started giving me fits while t50 farming and I closed out the full screen and attempted to play on the Kongregate window and it overwrote my account from this morning.  In that time I had gained about 10 rare weapons.  Please tell me it's not that easy to completely destroy your account?  Shouldn't there be a save verification of some sort?  As in a simple check that if you have less wins/losses than your previous save, it gives an error and does not save?

Just beyond disappointed that everything I did was wiped out so easily.  Please tell me there is a solution or avenue I can seek for developer assistance.

For what I saw, you can't recover your lost things. A lot of users still post here searching if they can, but
I think you just lost them.

Once you save, all previous data is replaced by the current save data. To avoid this, always, ALWAYS close the game window when you leave one computer to play on another, or even to play in another window or browser.

Thanks for the replies, guys.  After the initial disappointment, I've given the game another shot today and replaced most of the rares thanks to generous farms (I believe including your own jmizzle).  I do wonder if this is possible to fix in the coding, however.  It seems very exploitable in that one could 'rewind' saves with two windows to eliminate any loss.
