Cards Lost?

I was at work playing and had my home computer logged in as well, won few level 3 games and bought some cards to go with the oracles in an arena deck. When I got home i went to check on it and lost the cards I got at work.

But I know the exact cards and can provide screenshots or proof of buying them because they are all in the arena deck that is currently set for my account even though thats the only access to them.

With that proof is there any way to restore the cards?

Edit: I won't be terribly upset if I can't get them, but it would be amazing if i could.

You had both your work and home computer logged into Elements?  That's a recipe for disaster.

Elements saves your MOST RECENT session of play;  because it last saved on your home computer, which did not have the cards you bought while you were at work, you lost everything you did while you were at work.

The save system in Elements isn't 'dynamic' per se.  While you can play on one computer, leave it alone on said computer for several hours, and come back to it like everything was normal, you can't do it with multiple computers.

If you log on to an account on one computer, then log into that same account on a different computer, what you do on the second computer won't be saved. So no, you can't get the cards back.

Yeah I know WHY it happened, What I was saying is i have more then one way to show that I did get those cards. And with that proof is there any way to get those cards added back.

No. It doesn't matter if you have proof or not. The same thing happened to me because I didn't know. It's not exactly something new and I guess you should just be more careful next time.

Don't be logged in on two or more computers at the same time. Hopefully the cards you lost were just commons, so you can easily buy them back.

Aye, and if I might add: If your "save file" (let's call it that) doesn't have it saved that you bought those cards, then you also didn't lose the electrum spent buying them. So no worries.
