Cannot access link in "Banned" topic by Scaredgirl

OK I know it says: First of all, please do not start topics saying you were banned. Those topics are considered spam and will be deleted on sight."  but I cannot access the link because the IP that was banned was my work computer, which is currently blocking the link:  http://www.elementsthegame.com/testban.php

I tried to (unfortunately) make my account (TuffHunter) while at work and because it was my work IP it banned the account.  I've tried messaging Scaredgirl but got no response.  Higurashi was nice enough to respond to me but apparently only Scaredgirl can do anything about this.... Help?

That link is for checking whether or not your IP is banned from the game. I thought you were only having problems with your forum account.
In addition, if your work IP is blocking the elementsthegame.com domain, then doesn't that mean that you can't access the game at work?

Basically, you read the wrong thread for "unbanning" your chat account.

I normally play the game using my laptop at work.  But unfortunately, I tried to register to this forum while on my work computer, not on my laptop.  So I can still play the game, but I cannot use the forum account that matches my in game name.

So I know that my laptop and both my home IP and the Wireless here at work is not banned, however whatever IP the work PCs are connected to is... and that is the IP I used to create "TuffHunter."
