Can't buy the seraph

The new fire card seraph has been unavailable to me, i have seen opponents using it but can not buy it in the bazar... Is there something i have to do to refresh the bazar or are other people experiencing this.

Do you see Seraph on the fire section of the bazaar?
If not, clear browser cache, refresh and try again. Check, if in your game, on the left bottom corner it says "version 1.3", otherwise you won't see seraph.
If you see seraph but you can't buy it, check you have enough money, if you still can't, i don't know.

Maybe try clearing the cache and refreshing?

I was able to buy mine.  It's the second last card, between phoenix and fire pendulum, and costs 105.

I dont even see it but my game does say V1.3
