Can't access my account

For some unknown reason, I can't access the account having played Elements yesterday. I've got a copy of my username and password written down, but every time I tried to log in it says "Wrong password, please try again".

PLEASE REPLY ASAP!!!

I encountered this issue when attempting to log in on the main site. Then I tried logging in via Kongregate and still unable to log in.

Try to create a new account with the same name and password, if it let's you do that, it means that your progress was not saved, if it doesn't let you, it means your password is wrong. If it's the latter, I have another question: did you put your email when you created the account? I think there is a way to get your password back if yes.

Tried that and it says "This username is already in use, please pick another one", which I assume I've taken it. However, I did include the email in when creating the account.

Though Zanzarino is quite busy, so I don't think you have high hopes. If you said you started yesterday, you should create a new account and be 100% sure that the name and the password are the ones you write on the paper.

Is that Zanzarino's email address? I've already sent an email to game.elements@gmail.com about the whole situation.

Yeah, then you should either wait and hope for the best or create a new account.
