Cannot play Top 50 matches

This has been happening to me for about two weeks now. I enter the Top 50 category, a "Finding a worthy opponent" message displays below the "back to menu" icon and from here on, nothing happens. However, what DOES happen, is it keeps record of me losing a game, everytime I enter "Top 50" match category and go back to menu as it does not find me any opponeent whatsoever. I left it for 15 to 30 mins and the game simply freezes there. No more worthy opponents for me (which I highy doubt since my score is 18k)

PS: Don't care about my personal record, I don't want that fixed.

PS2: I only want to be able to play against top 50 players, that's all and...

I have that happen sometimes when I dont get a good wireless signal, your signal may not be strong enough to keep searching through, especially if its been acting up a lot lately. And it shouldnt keep your reduced score... it only does that if it actually finds an opponent... unless im mistaken, but i coulda sworn thats the only time it keeps it.

I only play from broadband. I don't see a player being found, nor does the start game button appear to me.

maybe your game hasnt changed versions yet, and so it cant trace the T50 or something like that, have you tried clearing browser cache and reloading the game? Only thing I can think of aside from a faulty connection,.

(Note: sometimes T50 will be very busy this will result in a message saying an opponent could not be found. If your T50 is not working the message will not change from "Finding a Worthy Opponent":.)

Fixing a problem
1. The most common way to fix this problem is to do a refresh or force refresh. Depending on your browser this could be F5, Ctrl+F5, or Ctrl+Shift+F5.

Things to know
1. If you are disconnected you more than likely will not be able to access T50.
2. DO NOT refresh the page if you are disconnected when this occurs. This will result in you losing all progress since the disconnect.

but its been going for 2 weeks, so he obviously closed the browser since then, and the chances of it being busy each time are slim to nothing for 2 weeks straight. So chances are its an internal error with the computer, and not the game itself.

you did refresh the page since then right...?  i mean, otherwise you wouldnt have even gotten an oracle visit for 2 straight weeks, which would stink.

Make sure that you don't have some content blocker that's incorrectly configured. If there's a firewall or similar that's blocking something this might be out of your control, but if you're playing from home that's probably not the case.

No firewall or blocker, thank you very much for the F5 reply. After that it seems to be working just fine. I did search on the forum before posting, but I didn't find something similar by myself. Sry for any inconveniences and thanks again.

hmm if closing and opening didnt fix it, im surprised that this did, glad its workin for ya now

FIRE FOX DOSE NOT ALLOW TOP50 USAGE!!! IE or safari will allow you to play but fire fox wont

Actually I use Firefox and my T50 works fine perhaps you should try clearing your cache.

- I can play T50 once a day, many times in a row but when i quit to play lvl 5 or something else, i cannot come back.
It stacks in "finding a worthy opponent".
  Don't need reply, just reporting one more variation of the problem
