I was playing this game on kongregate.com and on elements at the same time. Grinding Bronze on kongregate and silver on elements. I ended up winning a trident from bronze and arsenic from silver. I only received the trident. I read that the game would only save in the first tab that you opened. This is correct even if you're playing on a different website?

The website in which the game is saved. If you saved the other, it will again overwrite the save file

False. The game would only save the last instance saved, and two tabs will follow independent versions. In other words, the most recent version of your account that connects to the server will save, and the other version will be lost should you close its tab without saving.

Yup, every time you go back to the main menu that game automatically "saves", i.e. connects to the server and overwrites your previous use data with your current one.
