Donating-Reward-Card gone

Hi, i donated $5 a few minutes ago. Used my reward code,  chose this shard-card for death-mark, put it into my deck, close the tabs and went back a few minutes later.
Now this card is missing.
It definitely where there, because when i tried to put it into my arena deck i got a message that im not allowed to put in more upgraded cards.
The validation code doesn't work anymore.

Did you have the game open in two places? If so, whichever one saves last will overwrite the other.

This could be. But even if so. The one window wasnt been used.

The game's database only saves the most recent state previously saved.
The game only begins a "saving function" when you enter the main menu.

The known problems that could cause you to lose your reward are:
You somehow didn't wait for the "saving function" to complete (it can complete outside of the main menu) before closing the tab.
You saved the game on a non-reward version, which overwrote the reward version. (This is what UTAlan was talking about.)

Either way, the only way to get it back is to email the developer and hope he isn't too busy to look into your account, validate that you are not trying to get a free shard or performing another type of scam, and send you another reward code so that you can get a free shard to replace the one you lost.

Hmmm.... I've been meaning to donate.  Good to know that I can get a shard.  Are the choices just shards or nymphs as well?

Just shards or a special edition of Chimera with alternate art by vrt.
