Bronze Arena Glitch?

I've recently been seeing decks with a few hundred days in the Bronze Arena. Is this a glitch? One common thing was that the card was always skeleton (at least for the ones I saw).

If a deck has been in the Arena long enough the HP will go down to 1 and the card will be a skeleton.

As for how these decks appear: Bronze is so overplayed that new decks can drop out of the Top 500 and these old ones come up instead

Look like there's a shortage of new decks so old ones (very old as the case may be) are coming back up from the depths. The skeleton thing might be due to people making their first arena deck (default card is always skeleton iirc) then leaving the game. That's why you have decks that've been there for over 2 1/2 years.

Either that or it's just a scoring bug-out thing. A similar thing happened in plat recently I think, so it could be that again.

Just wondering, is it just the image that is a skeleton, or do all oracle cards in the deck become skeletons too?
