That's why I'm only a little surprised.  Sorry if it came off too judgmental.  Just saying from a readers perspective, if multiple people are claiming the same issue happening and it's all coming from the same vector (Kongregate?) that there may actually be something else involved that's totally beyond the end-users control and it really hurts to be falsely accused when you KNOW you are innocent and you also know you have no way of proving said innocence. 

Course, you have more info than I, and if you (collective) have an absolute way of knowing the end-user is responsible for using some type of cheat/exploit...then I say let em fry!

I am a user on Kongregate http://www.kongregate.com/ (http://www.kongregate.com/) (for those who do not know, it is a gaming website, and Elements is a game on it). I know a myriad of users who have not been banned. I think it seems like a lot of users are being banned because of one, if not two or more of the following reasons:
A. They flock here because they googled something like "Elements Banned"
B. They are lying and really did break the rules
C. A lot of users are being banned for inexplicable reasons (unlikely)
D. They are lying and never had an account and/or never had their account banned

Umm...if someone hacks your account, can they change the password? If so, I think someone hacked an accout, which I had a nymph on. If they can change the password, then please do ban the account annex.

What does "got deleted" mean? Does it mean that you cheated to get a pile of cash and the account got auto deleted from the database? And now you are surprised to find yourself banned?

Umm...if someone hacks your account, can they change the password? If so, I think someone hacked an accout, which I had a nymph on. If they can change the password, then please do ban the account annex.

If by "hacked" you mean you had a password of "123456" and someone guessed it, then yes you can be "hacked" and the "hacker" can change your password.

And you do realize that nobody is going to ban an account just because you ask them to?

i too have been banned for the SECOND time (kongregate) i dont no why. it only lasted a day or 2 last time so hope it wont be long. i literaly only played once since the ban came off. 1 minute it works fine but the next time you try sign in it tells you your banned. i use no cheats or offensive language and as far as im aware theres no hackers. i like the game but this is getting annoying. if i sign up and play on elements but not on kongregate will this still keep happening or is it just a kongregate problem? (its a good game but if i can only play it once every few days and am banned for no reason the rest of the time whats the point?)

I too have been rebanned today, as far as I know, within the last 5 hours.  Funnily enough, it has only happened since I played the game from Kongregate (I'd been playing it for the last few days from the actual site).  I played PvP there earlier today to earn the Deck Wrecking badge, and then when I was done, switched back to the real site, but then decided to close the window in case that had anything to do with the bannings... I left it for a while, and tried to login again just now.  Banned.  I am now 70% convinced this is an issue directly involving Kongregate and/or a minority of the Kongregate community.

I read the rules:  Elements is property of Zanzarino Design, all rights reserved. Elements can not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission. Trying to obtain any data from the databse by any mean is a violation of the player's privacy and it is illegal.

Using any third party program to play elements might result in a temporary or permanent ban of your account.

1- Your deck can have a minimum of 30 cards and a maximum of 60 cards.
2- Your deck can have a maximum of 6 cards of the same type (does not apply to pillars).
3- Every spin gives you a chance (about 5%) to win a card from the deck you played against (beside pillars). This also means that winning against a highly specialized deck will give you much higher chances to win cards.
4- You win a game when your opponent's HP are reduced to zero or when he has no more cards to play.
5- Exploiting a bug that gives infinite money/cards/wins may result in your account being deleted. Nothing against you, you found a bug and you are having fun with it, but it is just not fair for other players.
6- Different cards have different degrees of rarity; rare cards are more expensive, extremely rare cards are just not for sale.

And I certainly haven't broken any of these rules...

I would like to ask why I keep getting banned, and what I can do to stop it.
