Donation reward vanished

hello,

        My in game name i Psydonous. i donated 5 dollars to game out of curiousity to see what kind of reward i'd get. I was very happy to see all the upgraded relices and one upgraded chimera(which had a different photo as the old ones) but the ("back to menu") button wasnt working i clicked on it repeatedly but nothing and it seemed like the button wasnt fully collored in, i  could tell something was wrong.  I closed the window. When i logged back in...  no relics and my redeem code was no longer valid. pls would really like those relics back

You only get one card from donating, and you have to select one. You didn't select one before closing the window, so it nullified the reward code.

ahhhh didnt realize i was surposed to select one, i just saw a bunch of cards. didnt see anything that said select one. i still have the code. but if the reward is just one card then forget it not a big deal. Thanks for responces. much appriciated!
