any way to unlink accounts(or need a fix)

i have 2 accounts. 1st acct i use regularly and has 10 upgraded cards etc..
2nd account i use to play and  test starter decks....

unfortunately i linked the 2nd account to my kongregate account and now i cant unlink
or log into my regular deck..i could really use some help getting my deck back..please

Email game.elements@gmail.com (not sure if the email is right someone verify this) so you can contact Zanzarino himself about it.
Though I think that this problem is more of a problem with Kongregate than Elements...

Until then, you can build and test any deck at www.elementsthegame.com/trainer so you don't need to create an extra account. Also, if you created a password for the first elements acc when you signed up, you can play on elementsthegame.com using that username and password.

I e-mailed the address you gave me and am just waiting for a response.

Hopefully they can just send me the password to the first account I made on Kongregate (they automatically assign a password to Elements).

I completely agree that this is a Kongregate issue but i think Elements might be the only one that can possibly retrieve the password. I've also posted over there as well in hopes of some salvation for this acct. Imho Kongregate should warn people what is about to happen or at least a your'e screwed banner after you click. I'm ,by far, not the only one this has happened to.

I'm glad I could help. After all, I don't like people to lose their accounts at all!

EDIT: Completely forgot, tell them the name of the account, and have some sort of proof that you own the account, if possible!

ahhhh, never thought to send proof.

i re-e-mailed with a SS of me logged into Kongregate, which is the same account Kong used to create the password for elements. (only proof could think of)

Woohoo! 

Just got the password e-mailed back to me(takes a few days) and logged into my deck   

Kongregate needs to let people choose their own passwords so Zan doesn't get useless e-mails like mine.

Also, he responded to the e-mail that showed proof that i own the account...not my first one. Glad you threw that edit in there!

Yeah, it's kind of a hassle when people make the jump from Kongregate to elementsthegame.com when they didn't choose the password.. I'm glad you got your acc back!
