i tried to log in just now and im getting the message that my username is not found. i have been playing on this same account for over a month and have upgraded MANY cards. how do i get my account back? i dont want to lose all the work that i have put into this already

This seems to be a new issue and at this point in time nobody knows what the issue stems from. I would advise sit tight and wait for zanz to re-activate them or get in touch with the community.
