I was sharing with my friend with this game.
And he opened a new account and wanted to try some bugs or something similar.
But he wasn't using my account but his new account.
Also, he was using his own browser(Firefox) but not what I usually use(Chrome).
Why my own account was said to be banned after he play with his bug?
I was even unable to registrate a new account or link to my Kongregate account.
Although my account is just played by me normally for a few days, I cannot login after my friend play with the his bugs.
Is that because of my IP or cookies?
I had read the article "Banned?" on the top of this board, and send the e-mail.
But I still cannot get back my account.
Can anyone help me to deal with my problem?
What can I do to restore my account? Please somebody help me :-[

If you're both using the same IP address and his account got banned, then it will more than likely result in your account receiving a ban as well.  Unfortunately in this situation e-mail is about the only thing you can do (besides waiting of course).

Yes, we used the same computer and he use the same IP, is that the only thing I can do is to send e-mail with my IP and situation?

Why I was banned just now after login my account?
I has tried my account at school today but and still normal.
But when I login my account, it suddenly said that I wasn't able to save, and when I tried to login again, I was banned like yesterday.

I have a feeling I know what this problem is, but I'm just speculating:
 I think that if an IP is banned resulting in one (or more in your case) it logs the accounts used on that IP and when an attempt to login to that account comes from another IP it just bans that IP as well, or something

Thanks for all yours answers, I can login and play element again now
Also, I had asked my friend to delete(that means forget about) the bugged account
So, I think there will be no extra problem now.  ^^
