Lost acess to my account

When i try to log in it says "wrong password"
So i tried to create another account with the same name, and it worked

Now i have a new account with the same name of my last account with no coins or card inside

I really need help ... sorry my awfull english

That doesn't follow the rules of logic. The game should be able to check whether a username's available or not, and prevent duplicates from being made.

Send Zanz an email at game.elements@gmail.com and explain what happened in detail.

I just check my email and saw the following message from Zanzarino

"Dear Ana,

Your Elements account has been frozen because you Paypal donation has been marked as "unauthorized".
We have to do this because reversed transactions actually cause us economical damage in reversal fees.

Zanzarino Design."

Still, I can´t understand how i could create an account with the same Username I've previously used, as long the account is frozen.
I hope he understands that were no intent to cause damage and hopefully this is not a definitive measure, since I can contact paypal to resolve any possible problem
