Account reset and returned automatically

I went into my account today to find that it had reset itself. I changed screen and everything had returned to the state it was before.

Is this common? Would it normally reset permanently and I lucky to have the account returned? If so this really needs a fix.
I only had 10k score on my account, but it would have been incredibly fustrating to have a couple hundred thousand score as well as a ton of electrum and upgradesm

its not normal i think its a bug!and i also agree with you if my acc reset itself i would kill my computer!

It's very odd. I lost all the cards and had them returned at their sell value. I've had to drop out of a pvp event because I no longer have the rares or afford sufficient upgrades.

I haven't seen it since or seen it reported anywhere else, so hopefully it's a one off, but I've sent an Email for it to be looked at.

I just hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. If it does MAKE SURE YOU REPORT IT. It's rather serious it does become common.

I was logged in at the time. If someone had done this from another computer I wouldn't have seen until I logged out, they had saved from their end, and I had logged back in.
