Account Password Lost

Hello. As you might be able to tell, this is my first time on the forums.

I have read the rules - and I think I may want to be more active on the forums some time.
BUT FIRST - I need help with one thing.
For some reason, I cannot login to my Elements game account. I'm almost positive I have the correct password, but I cannot login. I am switching from the Kongregate version (Yes - I know I will lose everything) to the main version here. But since I cannot login to my element's account - I'm very confused what to do.
I saw no traditional "Forgot password?" button - but I really want the account "MasterofPun", as I set it up. And it's kind of my name - and my name in other games - and so on.

Is there any way I can recover the password?  :-[Or reset the account? The account has no data on it at present to my knowledge - as I've only ever used the Kongregate version.

Please tell me what to do - it there is any action I can take to solve this.

Are you attempting to link your Elements and Kong accounts?

If your trying to regain access to a account, im sorry but there is no way to change your password without access to your account.

When I first started, i was in kongregate.  I lost nothing when I switched over.  The only way that could happen is if it's a new account entirely.

Have you linked your elements and kongregate accounts? 
Have you ever logged in with your password or have you always just used the kongregate login method?
