Account lost

Hello. I've come back on Elements after years now because I remembered how awesome this was, and I was just wondering if there was some inactive account reset sometime in the past? I lost my old account that I had back in 2010.

Are you talking about the game account or forum account?  Because we've had several domain moves since '10, so if it's your Forum account, we can try to help you get your stuff back.

If it's for the game account, you'll need to contact Zanzarino.  Whose email will probably pop up thanks to another member since I don't know it off the top of my head.

The only accounts that would be deactivated after two months (iirc) are those with less than 20 (iirc) games played. It sounds more likely you forgot your password. You can e-mail game.elements@gmail.com, but first I'd make sure you know what's up.

Well both actually. I did come back for a little bit in 2011 and my stuff was all there still, but the forum account isn't a big deal.

I'll try, but I know that I had the same username that this forum account had. Unless I gave my account to someone to use after I quit and they changed it if that's possible, I guess I don't remember.

That would mean it doesn't exist anymore. Well hey, my main has everything so I made my little sister start an account that we both play on. It's pretty fun starting over.

yeah it's fun, but being in college and all, I can't just elements all of the day away to get back to where I was haha.

Just a thought, was your username possibly "XDevilX" or "Xx Devil xX" with the spaces or some other slight variation like that? Your account should not have been deleted if it had more than ~20 games played (at least according to what I know about how that's handled backed up with my having periodically resurrected accounts years after mothballing them without issue), so I'd personally try to see if you can figure out if you just have some minor detail of account name wrong.

That being said, unless you luck into the correct account name pretty quickly, you probably are better off just starting a new account. It's actually quite easy to build a new account from scratch if you already know what you're doing

Yeah I attempted any possible names my mind would have thought up as a username back then, but oh well. Strange! Maybe I'll keep trying that.
