Can't obtain Shard of Serendipty

Hi.  I've been grinding like crazy for weeks to try to get a few more shards, particularly the Shards of Serendipity and Focus that are a part of so many decks.  I've been in Arena Bronze and Silver, and with a lot of time and energy, have occasionally managed a shard from the bonus spin.  I've had no problem with the other shards I've won--bravery, integrity, readiness, Focus, Void, etc.--but I've won the Shard of Serendipity THREE TIMES (confirmation and everything), but it NEVER appears in my deck.  This is very, very frustrating.

I only play from a single location on a single computer.

Anyone else having this issue?  Next time it happens, I'll screenshot.

You have to make sure the game is saved when you close your browser (go back to the main menu where you choose your oponement) closing the game while at the arena does not save it, really annoying
