Light Nymph MIA

Hello. Today when browsing through my library of cards, I noticed my light nymph was missing. I know I had one for long enough for her to be saved, because I used the card in an arena deck (Based around using the Luciferin ability to power a hope shield). Is there any recourse for finding out what happened and getting the nymph back? Thanks

You can message zanz but unless you have sufficient proof I doubt anything is going to happen.

What may have happened: You were selling a lot of cards and accidentally sold it
Before closing your browser with Nymph in it, you played somewhere else overwriting the data
If you have any younger siblings who might have gotten on
