My account is different on two different computers?

I'm really freaking out! Let me explain my situation.

I started playing Elements on Friday on my work computer.   I then went home for the weekend and logged in (on my personal computer) and I resumed playing on my account.   I grinded for 2 days straight over the weekend.

Well...I come back to work and try to play on my work computer, but my account is the same as I left it on Friday.  In other words, nothing I did over the weekend successfully shows up when I login from my work computer. I've even deleted cookies and tried re logging in. I'm scared to death that when I login from my home computer tonight, it will also be reset to last Friday.

Any clue what's going on?

I think I figured out what happened.

On Friday, I left elements open on my work computer browser.

I played through the weekend from my home computer.

But when I got back to work Monday morning, since the game was still open, it "saved" and overwrote everything.

Moral of the story: CLOSE the game if you go back and forth between two computers!

This happened to me once, causing me to lost a Pharoah (unupped) and an Elite Deja Vu.
Always close the game when changing computers.

Yea, I'm brand new to Elements, just started last week. 

I lost like 700 gold and 5 rares or so Including Eternity.

Just make sure the thing in the top right says saved rather than NOT saved! as well, anyway you'll soon find out 700 gold isn't that much (1 upgrade is 1500)
