From what I see Oldtrees has 'split' the development list on the first post into Spells/Permanents and Creatures and is going from top to bottom in terms of reviewing them.

That would make the next two cards :

Dream Edge (permanent:weapon)
     4|4
     Weapon: Deal 6 damage at the end of every turn
     Creates a random Mind Card in you hand each turn
     (upped:Creates a random upgraded Mind Card in you hand each turn)

Psi Dragon|Mind Dragon (creature:dragon)
     10|11
     Atk: 9|12
     HP: 6|6

for the sword, it may be more interesting/balanced if the sword generates cards after successful attacks, rather that definite set once-per-turn (only proccing *once* in the event of a flown weapon given adrenaline)

and for the dragon, for the base stats we came up with initially, we used existing dragons as a base, but we can swing a little from it in an attempt to make the dragon our own.
so maybe alter it to lower the cost to 9 and for the upped maybe to make it 10 and boost the atk by 2, and leave it at that.  hows that sound?

The original upgraded version of Mind Dragon should actually cost 11 , using Oldtrees's cost theory. I've edited my post to reflect this.

That technically costs ~11 with the high HP, since it's Colossal Dragon +1 attack.

I was thinking of this a while ago, and was planning to suggest it after we reviewed all the mono cards.

We should probably have at least 2 with a different ability, and 2 cards from two other elements with a cost ability.

Possible Ideas:

School of Fish | Wavefish

3 : Mass Psiwave - All creatures get +1 | 0.

A mass-buffing creature - I feel that a large group of fish with Psi energy would be able to create a mind enhancing web of sorts.

i thought mind hunter may have its ability cost either or instead, or we could come up with a card as a costing creature with a or ability to see the top cards of your/your opponent's decks.

i like the idea of a mass buff, but it may be over powered as is, may work better as an card with a chance for each card, diminishing % for each card (1 card 100% chance, 2 cards each with a 50% chance, 3 cards 33% chance, 4 cards 25% chance, etc, 100/N % chance basically, so on average it will only buff one, but it could buff multiples or none.  this could be worked into a duo card.

Good guess ZBlader, but incorrect on the ordering. I have been trying to balance certain cards before others. For example the Weapon is the Last card to be balanced. But we can balance the dragon now.
