Nice card template Z, although the part at the top right corner has essentially the same color as Aether, The card template should be a little more focused on similar hues of color so its more solid.

psionist was my idea, and the names are just suggestions

and i actually like the upper right corner being a blueish hue, that was one of the desired colors for the element but it didnt make it into the marks

so if im reading that table right, youre saying meme, a mono card, will outdo a lava golem, a duo card? but with a higher price, obviously.

So, on the one hand, the Lava Golem costs 2 kinds of quanta, has a higher base CC, dies more easily at first, and doesn't deal damage quite as quickly.  On the other hand, it has a greater damage up front, more HP in the long run, and greatly reduced total costs.   

I still think maybe the Meme is a little strong, but the delayed version is much more reasonable.  What would it look like if it were  "Meme: Generate a Meme.  Delay for 1 turn."  -- much like a Warden, where the Delay is applied to the parent creature, so it didn't attack on turns that it reproduced?

I think the generated Meme being delayed fits the germination of the idea better than delaying the adult.
CC:3 and AC:1 would be a total cost of 34 for 96 damage over 7 turns. Sound Balanced-Weak? (remember Morale will boost the potency)

How do you figure?  CC:3 and AC:1 gives me a total cost of 25.  3 for the first Meme, and 1 for each additional Meme (22 additional Memes.)  Remember, you only ever have to pay the CC once -- all of the other Memes cost only the AC.   I'm much more comfortable with an AC of 2, for a total of 47 cost for the same effect.

Quite a bit.  If the parent is delayed, then there's a continuous choice between dealing damage now or creating more Memes.  If the spawn is delayed, the parent can both create another Meme and deal damage on it's turn, and the delay prevents the Spawn from dealing damage, but it already couldn't recreate because of summoning sickness.  Essentially, the delay on the spawn extends the time required to deal damage by one turn; the delay of the parent means that you could potentially do zero damage until your field is completely full because you're spending all of your time spawning.

I would go for the delay of the spawn then - I think slowing the damage is better that way.

If the parent is delayed the spawn deals equal damage. 1 turn delays end at the end of the current turn right?
