They hit for 1 damage.  If you're going to Fractal something, why not Fractal a creature that isn't stopped by almost every shield in the game?

Well, fractal sparks is the same as fractal skeletons except for... sparks are free, they don't have unnecessary abilities, and due to hitting instantly they're faster... okay fine, fine, I see your point

well sparks die after one turn.
but fractal Photons is already better than fractal skelletons (although they screw with pillar draw). Or even fractal Deja Vu. But it's much better to pay like 2 quanta for 3 attack, like Frogs, or 4 for 5 as in Mummys.

Yo momma is so fat, when she dies, graveyard produces 24 Skelletons!
