But do you have any REAL fail habits? I believe that's what the point of the thread is.
My fail habit is pride. Once, I tried benching 120 at home without a spotter. I usually only do about 80 or so, for casual lifting. So I lifted the bar off of the bench, and of course, I couldn't lift it. It dropped on my chest, with no damage done. For fifteen minutes, I struggled to get the bar off me without dropping it on the hardwood floor, but to no avail. My dad finally walked in the room to let the dogs out and started freaking out after he helped lift the bar. Apparently, my eyes were swollen and bloodshot, and there was a solid red line where the bar had been.
Yeah, that's my fail habit for ya. :|
