In medicine, sometimes they talk about prescribing someone Obecalp. It's 'placebo' spelled backwards and refers to people for which there is nothing at all wrong with them, other than being too stupid to realize that there is nothing wrong with them. A whiny hypochondriac who mistakenly thinks they are sick, a wuss who can't take the pain of a papercut and wants painkillers, or wants something for a cold, are good examples of this.
Unfortunately, it's unethical to actually prescribe them a placebo, at least without their knowledge that it is a placebo, and doctors can get in deep trouble for doing this. I'm sure a lot of them wish they could, though.
