Technically, they attack and deal zero damage, but it doesn't show on the screen. Or at least they used to.

EDIT: Yep, take a doll, adren it, and then LS it. It takes 5 damage in one turn, each at a time.

Yes. What's more useful to know is that Adren has -no- effect on creatures with more than 15 attack. PvP 1 people should take note of that, lest I see yet another Adren'd huge Forest Spirit.

Well, extra 4. Adren does look snazzy. Makes 'em look fierce.

Sometimes I take Deathstalker, + Adreanaline, + Momentum, + Quint. 3 icons looks good, and 4 poison damage a turn is pretty decent.
