What are the restrictions while considering this? I mean.. it's worse the longer you suffer, and the more you suffer. So.. where's the limit? Without a limit I'd say something like this

But the rape never stops, in fact even as you are dying you have a shit-stained one in your mouth and one in your butt while they put out countless cigarettes on your skin.
I could go on in this direction, but is there a worse direction? I don't think so.
