Oh, it was back before the Gray Nymph buff, there was a thread about donations. There was a section about complaints. One of them involved a hypothetical situation where someone clicked accidentally somewhere and got a Gray Nymph (one of the most useless nymphs at the time, for 0 attack and it was more expensive to use the Nymph and the skill than just to use the alchemy). If they wanted to exchange it or get a refund, the answer was "Enjoy your gray nymph" because there was nothing you could do about it. I remember seeing it used a few times outside of that thread, for some misfortune you could complain about but not repair, and it was all your own fault.
