What does it do?  Who is a part of it?  How is it chosen?

The purpose of the troll council is to rearange the planets of the solar system to resemble a trollface if observed from another galaxy, and to raise awereness worldwide that women's farts do, in fact, smell bad.
Everyone is a part of the Troll. The Trollforce is an energy field created by all living things. It surrounds us, penetrates us, and binds the galaxy together. Now, by being aware of it, you are part of it even more.
The council members are selected by the all-knowing and all-powerful and all-dat-good-stuff TTTT. You submit a CV of your trollchievments to me for evaluation. Femtrolls also submit proper pics.

Is this something to do with a PvP event?  I am not sure I understand what this purpose is?

Also, how were you chosen for this and what criteria are you looking at regarding council members?  I am keen to get involved but will need more details (especially regarding how much time is going to be needed to participate).
