Ummm...y'all are forgetting what thread this is.  The correct answer is "how much Light quanta can you have in your quanta pool?"

Rustler = Photosynthesis = Active Ability.  Theoretically, if you played mirrored Mindgates w/Fractal Rustlers and Solar Shield, you could spend however long you wanted building up light quanta, and thus have a theoretically infinite amount of activated abilities.

Not counting rusteler though, just any ability. It can be the same one, you dont have to activate it, it can be something like RoLs ability. Permanents dont count.

Field = 6 Deja Vus with Adrenaline, 17 Viruses, and 17 hourglasses.

Sacrifice 17 viruses and infect something. (17)

Use Deja Vu 6 times (6)

Use Parallel Universe 6 times on the Deja Vus.

(Current Field is 18 Adrenalined Deja Vus)

Play a Photon and Adrenaline it.

Draw 8 times with Hourglasses, playing 4 photons and 4 adrenalines (8 )

Draw a Luciferin and play it. (1)
Draw a Deflagration and destroy a used hourglass. (1)

No I off the top of my head I am not sure about summoning sickness on PU, but I am sure of the second reason
Luciferine only affects vanilla creatures, so you want them not have a skill
