I dont understand if you actually drew a card, because he says he has no cards in hand, because if you could draw, then TII's explanation + opponent had an uber vamp

Question two:
For 12 quanta across three elements, I am a 0 base-attack creature that can deal 10 damage first turn.  For two more quanta, in a fourth element, still starting at 0 base-attack, second turn I can deal 12.  I do not have voodoo.  What am I?

Obviously I would have needed to draw a card at the start of my turn(and since I ended with no cards left, I must have played it) though in fact it does not matter what that card was since it would be possible to win in this way regardless of what the card was.  And no, I did not have any white nymphs in play and I ended my turn with only 50hp

If OD means overdrive, doesn't that increase the base attack as well?

Edit: Hmm. If not, how about a pest with overdrive, adrenaline, and eclipse to do 10 damage, then an explosion on the eclipse to do 12 damage on the second turn?
