Btw, I reworked it, and if you include Scavenger, it can get to over 1000.

My count is 1084 so far... Without permanents then 1067. (I think).

You can't receive summoning sickness; only your creatures can. And even then, they technically don't receive it, but start with it already in them.

-you may only get quanta through your mark (no other quanta allowed, you can have quanta source such as RoL, but the additional :light are not allowed to be used0

Assuming 1.27 updates, 3 - first turn you play 6 RoL and 1 damselfly.  Opponent plays nightmare, refilling your hand with RoL's
second turn, play them all, opponent plays another nightmare.
Third turn. play RoLs again.
Who needs quanta at all? :P
