Well let's see: We have Physalia, Elite graboid and Unstable Gas all without the quanta to activate them, nymphs tears in deck with only water pillars, and dune scorp and deathstalker without any buffs. I think it's safe to assume that these decks are not meant to actually work.
EDIT: oh wait... I think I figured out the strategy you're going for. Yeah that should work fine.

UG has the quanta for it, Elite Queen creates fire quanta!

btw, yes they have a bunch of dead cards in there, BUT i have tested each of them and they actually work pretty well (shocking, i know). they werent fast AT A.L.L.! but they do win quite frequently
