This is supposed to be an exact copy of OE. Actually, the ability Brutalize deals 50 damage, and the weapon itself deals 100. The card text is lying.

Why is the Bipod of the upped version in the place of the scope of the non-upped version?  I don't understand how to hold/aim this weapon!

You don't need to hold or aim this weapon. It's too awesome for that.

Well, no crowbar can bludgeon people at range either, except the sniper crowbar. This weapon is too awesome for such limitations.

Up the attack to 500, so you can counter SoD/Granite Skin stalls. Seems far more balanced to me.
Also go with guolin's suggestion with 3 cost. This seems far more balanced to me.
